Your Leading ROLE

Facilitate a 60-minute activity or discussion, sharing knowledge from your professional or creative wheelhouse. Your workshop will enrich Bahala’s community-building programs like Coffee & Connections, Civic Bites, and Gardening Club.

Coffee & Connections

Location

  • Colorado Center, 2425 Colorado Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90404

  • Look for us outside, in front of Elabrew cafe. Parking is validated for three hours (from Elabrew) so bring your parking ticket.

Timing

  • Fridays, 10:00am-1:00pm

  • 10:15am arrival

  • Your mini workshop or discussion: 10:30–11:30am

Materials

  • Bring whatever you need or coordinate with Deb in advance

  • Bring a display to catch foot traffic (optional)

Before

  • Deb connects you with Jessica for an interview

  • You approve blog copy

  • You send in your logos and photos

During

  • Someone introduces you

  • You provide a welcome and simple guidelines

  • Expect organic flow as participants join mid-session

  • Time for reflections and sharing

  • Photos and video taken

After

  • Follow up on any questions

  • Collaborate on social media post

  • Provide your feedback about the experience

  • Recommend other brilliant Workshop Leaders!
